antibash, resorted to full blown lying Hmmm... Interesting statement from you of all people. Let me tell you a hypothetical story. I'll start with a hypothetical question. In reference to Rico and Spider's "No Bash" Thread for LGCY, exactly when did Spider inform you that the thread was disingenuous? Obviously, both you and Hogger were informed early on that there was no real attempt to promote or invest in LGCY, but nonetheless you showed up early on in the thread. Was this an attempt by Spider to lure Janice, Jeff and Mr. Forthright away from AZNT and on to LGCY, a stock that I believe you all knew (before the thread was started) would not stand up to even the worst efforts at DD? Maybe this was an attempt by Spider to set up Mr. Zwebner for some unwanted publicity? Did you ever think that LGCY might be a prudent (albeit risky) investment? Were you a part of the "planning" of that thread, or did Spider merely invite you over to participate after he created it? Still speaking hypothetically of course, for how long did Spider and Mr. Dumont know about the Zwebner "dirt" that Mr. Dumont posted on the DCTC thread (most certainly before Spider started his LGCY thread)? You see, only Cavalry did any posting of any real DD on that thread. The rest of you were tittering away, apparently trying to draw in the credible posters from AZNT, like Janice, Jeff and Mr. Forthright. However, Spider went too far and posted alleged libelous statements regarding Mr. Zwebner and now finds himself involved in a lawsuit. When Cavalry posted about the reverse split (a negative for LGCY), Spider tried to dissuade him from pursuing any more LGCY "history" and instead concentrate on the "post-split" LGCY. Why? Maybe because Spider wants Janice (and others) to post "dirt" and bash a presumed LGCY long investment, not Cavalry. Why not Cavalry? Cavalry doesn't enjoy the belief level that Janice and Jeff have. If Janice "bashes" LGCY (and hopefully Mr. Zwebner as well), then it will be accepted as a bad investment or scam, and might reflect negatively on Mr. Zwebner over on the DCTC thread. And most certainly Janice and Jeff would have found out about DCTC, about the alleged DCTC short squeeze, and much of what Mr. Dumont eventually posted regarding Mr. Zwebner. Now why would Spider do this? Maybe because his cyber-friend Dean Dumont, aka bgtit, (and maybe others) have an investment in DCTC and most of the DCTC thread thinks that Mr. Zwebner has shorted DCTC Reg-S stock, and they further think that Mr. Zwebner is using the Reg-S stock to finance LGCY. Is that true? I have no idea. Mr. Zwebner has denied that in his legal filing against Spider, and since the truth could easily be found during the discovery phase of the lawsuit, I'll presume for now that Mr. Zwebner is telling the truth, unless one of the parties named in the lawsuit wishes to divulge what was uncovered in discovery. But alas, Janice and Jeff and others don't fall for the ploy. Janice posts something from the pre-Zwebner LGCY about an auditors' concerns regarding the company's ability to continue as an ongoing business, and that's the end of that. So Mr. Dumont now posts his information on the DCTC thread. And, miracles of all miracles, Spider suddenly "discovers" that information on the DCTC thread and tells everyone not to buy LGCY. Remember, Mr. Dumont and Spider are well acquainted with each other on SI threads, so in my opinion, Spider knew well in advance of the postings that Mr. Dumont would be "exposing" Mr. Zwebner's financial history. So, still speaking hypothetically of course, what role if any did you play in the thread charade? Presuming that you're much too smart to post any libelous statements about Mr. Zwebner yourself, why would you allow yourself to be a part of that thread? That's all for now. I do have many more opinions regarding that disingenuous thread, but I'll leave it at this for now. KJC
