Well....I can tell you that I was not happy with the merger.....I just was not very comfortable with SRAD...

if "Dollar mass" is needed to register....then perhaps it is better to merger with another advertising site....or similiar business to get the revenues up.....

good news! Mary

Zophia - I wonder just how "savvy" the CEO really is if he got involved with SRAD without knowing that the same result could have been achieved without the acquisition. I'm also surprised that the legal advice was not there before the possible acquisition with SRAD was announced. Gives me some cause for concern. However, the bottom line is that they are rid of SRAD and can go at it on their own.

NEWS!! James Walsh - VERY connected in sports/business industries - now on board (going to make some BIG intro's/deals for LCSG!).

If LCSG can cross license with SportsLine - SPLN - (which I believe is the second largest sports site behind espn) the stock would soar. Major traffic/E-Commerce/advertising revenue coming anyways, as well as NASDAQ and institutional investors.
