Question is, with LGNDW priced below 6, and the exercise price around $7.12 per warrant, is this really a good deal for the "institutional investors" (who, conveniently, went unnamed in the press release)?

What would be the benefit of exercising at this point, versus later when (hopefully) the warrants are worth double-digits?

I question whether these are the same warrants as those traded under the LGNDW symbol. The reason I say this is that on the announcement I read on Yahoo it talked about a strike price of $10/share. Can anyone confirm?
