Radim. Thanks. A sign of "relief" comes from the tropics.

MY DISCUSSION WITH MS FROM THIS EVENING (not exact words):

ME: Michael, I had received PM about FNTN not having any product and owning big money to SIEMENS. Can you comment on that?

MS: It comes from Jim Rif (sp?) who was unfortunately let go in Sept. 97. He was hired in August 97, so worked for the company for only few month. Jim has developed system which did not fit to our vision and therefore there was a disagreement over this. Jim is a very smart guy, we just needed something else in terms of the product.
Situation is very different now, we have not only product ready to be used but our product is being used . Over the last 6 months many (more then expected) companies have been looking into our business.

ME: Do you owe large amounts to SIEMENS?

MS: Radim, do you think we would have SIEMENS VP on BoD if this was the case?

ME: You said many companies are looking at you, are you target for M&A?

MS: No comment.

ME: Why don't your share sales show anywhere?

MS: As non-reporting they can not be shown anywhere. We're going to be reporting at the end of second Q and then all forms will show.

ME: You never IPOed, are going to IPO?

MS: <pause> No comment.

Michael also mentioned that 99 is the year when big changes are going to happen.

IMO Financial is in very good shape to become fully reporting, revenue producing company. Many recent posts are related to personal issues of Michael and Maura nothing to do with business as well as posts about micromanaging the company. Both are waist of time IMHO and overshadow the real information coming from FNTN. They made mistakes, started with no money (they have not IPOed) and now they have product being used by clients in the hottest sector. Make your conclusion and hope we all make money.

Radim

Hi Radim, As a relative newcomer,
I am interested to know if the positive post came from a very reliable poster. Just as I questioned Joe S regarding his negative post how sure are you about this source and any motives. I think you are well intentioned and very helpful to all of us. I would like to hear your own account of why you trust the info. I know it matches much of what we've heard and want to hear, but beyond that, what do you know about the reliability.

When I spoke to MS I had an image of professionalism and a genuine caring attitude crystallized in my mind. He seems quite capable of his own press release, management letter, etc. The post you relayed is so positive, that it makes me wonder if he was really so forthcoming and animated in his enthusiasm as the post reflects.

Thanks in advance,

BHunt
