Noble House, new PR firm, does a good job. Moved PLFM from 10 cents to about $1.50. Liked Art Batson, spoke to him on many occassions...good company. If they can get things ironed out, they will be a plus for NUKE. They have a massive list of contacts to call. PS--got float numbers from thread intro....much of the 4.5 mil shares are in solid hands, from what I am told.
