I have a feeling they will have to reprice it between $8 and $9, or maybe lower. That is one reason these are all the time "updated S-3A", and the lawyers go home laughing all the way to the bank with additional filing.

In its amended S3 that includes a hypothetical $9.25 offering price as the only apparent amendment to the filing, management is apparently floating a trial balloon on the price issue.

If we go much higher, some smarty pants might even go short in anticipation that this stock will be driven down to the offering price.
