Thank you, I will retract my statement, now that I understand your full point of view. My point is that there is little or no investor interest either now, or in the immediate future, for any junior Alberta or Vancouver precious metal/diamond play. This is irregardless of whether they have potential for a real "find" or not. Given the Bre-x, Delgratia, Golden Rule, Cartaway, Silver Tusk, etc scams no one trusts anyone, even legitimate operators. On top of this, investors are making tons of money on "blue chips", so why risk putting money into juniors. To make a long story short, any junior without cash, will eventually have to refinance in an extremely bearish market, meaning that those who do step forward will want as big a share as possible, with no regard for the interests of current shareholders. As for my reference to debt, if a junior cannot refinance, then where do they come up with the money to service the debt? If you don't believe me, just check out Greenstone, who are sitting on a very real, and potentially lucrative, gold deposit in Honduras. The lesson we have both learned here is, in my humble opinion, that we should both avoid writing short messages. Regards, and happy investing.
