Most Unbelievable Press Release>>>>>>
Your title is singular but I would like to offer RDOX for the most unbelievable number of press releases.
1) Press release they had a battery technology that would revolutionize the world...NASA, all major computer companies would use.
2) In December of 1997, they would shortly receive funding to make these batteries.
3) Signed agreement with company in California that would enhance their technology. OOPS! Wasn't so and only found out the truth by calling the company involved and they denied such an agreement. RDOX never retracted their news release.
4) Famous news release on deal with company to develop underwater motors. Never mentioned the company by name, only they had option to buy their product.
5) Next most famous news release involved option to get into electric bicycles.
6) April news release that funding would be available in 30 days. Still waiting as we enter 1999.
7) Not a news release but post on SI by the CEO that I was a naysayer with no credibilty and that I had bad grammar. All I wanted to talk about was the 2 million shares he had sold while telling his shareholders he didn't want to dilute their value by letting some company steal the technology for nothing.
8) Within two weeks released basically the same news release touting their long and hard review of an outfit called OCTOBOT that would allow them to share their technology with like minded companies, but never gave an address or name of the city in which OCTOBOT was located.

And they were going to do all of this with $75.00 in the bank according to their annual report.

Actually, I think they will be able to do it.(:>)
