It always happens this way.

About 3 in the afternoon, my wife tells me to cook pasta for dinner. So I start to prepare by opening a bottle of red wine.

The good part is it has opened enough by then to enjoy it.

The bad thing, I have maybe three glasses left by dinner, and one needs to be saved for afterwards.

Aw, shucks, I usually end up opening two bottles.
