I would only be concerned if the business plan that was outlined in the press releases and in the research report was not implemented by FEB.2nd. Untill then well I think they can have time to get done what needs to be done. If it isnt 100% done. Im sure it will be soon. It is still ready to be moved into according to the state law from what I understand. Give this company a chance. You are not even giving it any chance..
