Bald Man...I try and remain objective and consider a number of factors before pointing out a stock that looks interesting. What is difficult is getting some basic due diligence done on some of these companies before the money flow and momentum carry the stock price beyond a rational investment decision.
If I can't locate principal of the company or review a company's filings I usually pass. My opinion only is that if a stock move is genuine there will customarily be several entry points...sometimes you just have to wait.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 1999--BoysToys.com, Inc. (OTC BB:GRLZ - news) has successfully completed its audits for the years 1996 and 1997 and plans to become fully reporting by the first quarter of 1999.

The company will complete the 1998 audits by end of the first quarter of this year.

Ralph Amato, the CEO of the company stated, ''The completion of the audited financials will enable the company to proceed with certain Internet acquisitions and by complying with the necessary SEC requirements, we are positioning ourselves for the eventual move from the Bulletin Board to NASDAQ.''
