File under the "I'll be damned" category! I have NOT had time to verify the following information as factual - but, the source of my info is knowledgeable and reliable. Apparently, money which was received by AGTI from Fortune and/or others, and should have been deposited/used for operations/expansion during the "Silzer-era", may have been "Teamster-ized"! (immediately borrowed from the accounts by Silzer and/or Lakhani in exchange for personal notes). Furthermore, mention of this or these "..loans.." may be contained in a filing for 1997. I do not have the time, or desire, to dig through all that crap - but for one of you master-DD'rs, it may be an interesting challenge. If there are "..notes.." associated with "...transaction(s)..." of this nature; I would like to see Dan Scott call them in "IMMEDIATELY" for use in rebuilding the company. I'd also like to see the looks on the "...borrowers..." (extremely kind term IMHO) faces when the Sherriff's Office hands them a writ demanding the return of what I understand may be $1MM+/-. Kind of smacks of "you can swindle and run - but, in the era of the internet and databases, you'se ain't gonna hide forever - Baby"! Sunlight scares the fecal matter out of techno-swindlers!! We're not dealing with Bob Vesco, or Mike Millken here; the Vancouver sleazoids aren't near as sharp as they think they are! Rerun: "Hang on to your confederate moneys, boys (and girls) - this story is far from over....!" John :-) ps: I had - at lengthy personal effort - created an opportunity for Silzer/AGTI to be personally interviewed on Paul Kangas's "NBR" - and the SOB blew it off. It's now pretty clear why (to me anyway)! Something to do with "cookie jars", perhaps! pps: For all of those good people who worked their tushys off to build AGTI, and got canned due to Vancouver managements F-U's; Ace hardware still sells tar, and Canadian geese till have feathers - to the best of my understanding! Don't get mad, get even! If you have a phone, use it - the more people that write, call or go kick the doors in the more likely the authorities are to find a "secure" place for "sleazoids" to get 3-squares and sleep! (sans their shiny black Broughams or Bimmers) Or, at least put a crimp in their ability to "do people" with business - as corporate officers involved with securities. ppps: Give Dan Scott your backing and support - and we'll win the last round of this battle; which is the only one that counts!
