I'm guessing most of those were issued April and May 1997. Madera was still full of water. Madera was included in some nice mail out, special paid for promotion, looks like a genuine magazines, Stocks of the Future, type rag. They even put a price tag on it! They also bought infomercials that Charten Heston mumbled something before hand about the enviroment. This was seen by no one with any money in a sober condition.

We call up Ramiro and tell him, "stop trading stock for this stuff. It is counter productive. Just deliver the goods. The internet will do the rest."

I think Ray, his son, who is the new Chairman of the Board, will not be sucked in by the glossy brochures and "Hot Stocks" paid for internet sites. Duh!

The main point is, Madera does not have to issue shares to continue as going concern.

Unless all these 10qs and 10ks are complete BS, we have a cheap stock here.

If the Web site is cool.

Than we have us a real bargain.
