I know, I saw that, but it is wrong. Recent documentation that I have reviewed stated that the shares outstanding are now 9,105,420.

When I asked about the discrepancy they stated that they had issued upwards of 1.2 million shares for services that were subsequently not performed, and the shares were cancelled and returned, then shredded.

The estimated float is 3 million which has turned over quite considerably.

I am not saying that the float has collapsed, but the picture is a lot clearer now than earlier in the year. I was a seller on the big rally, and I started buying again when the stock stabilized for a while at 2.

I was caught a little surprised when it dropped further and kept buying all the way down, figuring it was just year end tax loss selling, and people throwing in the towel.

The float may not be cleaned up entirely, but it is getting there.

I expect this stock to again rocket. And soon.
