Radim,

Please explain how you can have an Initial Public Offering when there are already 19M+ shares outstanding? Is fntn going to buy back the existing stock and go private, then IPO or are you just preparing for a secondary offering? i.e. more dilution since additional share are offered to the public.

Tom

But would that mean that our current shares would be accounted 1:1 or would we see a reverse split scenario for our shares...as I can not understand how there could be a new IPO with arond 50 million shares outstanding??? somehow I seem not be able to understand a "renewed" IPO....any comments appreciated.....
I am long anyhow on fntn....already for over 1 year....added some more last week...thanks for any explanation that clarifies that point...
