Well, when you make a promise...you keep it! <gg>

Great info on the Marshal Plan. Unfortunately, it was a bit more than 12 years since I studied it (try 23!!!)...and when Laz first told me about this, I was like "huh"??? Anyway...I appreciate the history lesson, thanks! I like the idea of Jimmy Chin taking advantage of that huge amouint of money set aside for rebuilding Germany's infrastructure.

Glad to see you back in action...the marines have been sorely missed. (our base has been overrun with "bad guys"!)

Take Care....and don't be so long in replying again!!!

E!

btw...did you know??? My VOLUNTEERS are the new "NATIONAL CHAMPS"???? GO VOLS!!!!

Thanks for the lesson.

A company I worked for in the late eighties provided services to optimize condensate removal in steam systems. Since this process could be used to reduce energy costs we were eligable for grants established from a fund paid out to the states by oil companies as some sort of settlement. At one point the fund had well over 1 billion and took many years to exhaust. IMO opinion there is plenty of money like this around. One just knows how to get it. I think DGIV can.

Good Luck,

Perry M.
