Sharon, overbought is a technical term that is relative and is usually of concern when a stock is not being event driven. Given specific time horizons, a stock, or the market, can be technically overbought for an extended period of time. None of this means that if you feel uncomfortable you shouldn't realise your profits, or liquidate half your position ..... its always best to sleep easy !!
