If FNTN would do an APO ( additional public offering )they could offer existing shareholders the "right" to purchase some shares at a reduced rate premarket, or for that fact give us some as a one time payout. I have never considered this as something that is likely.

A more likely scenario for an IPO that I see as possible is:

FNTN does an IPO on Financial Telecom (FT) their wholly owned subsidiary refer to fntn.com
Regardless of the stated focus of FT, that can be changed and FNTN owns the shell outright. The same things mentioned above for existing shareholders may be done as a "reward", at the very least shareholders
would benefit as FNTN would get $ from the IPO, which is added to the bottom line. Any thoughts?,, AMBTS,, barbara
