I am not so sure this spin off of the .com portion would be a good idea depending upon when it takes place. Sometime, somewhere, reality will set in on the amazons and ubids of the world and they are going to take a real dive. I would anticipate when this occurs having the .com will be seen as a curse, not a blessing. If BKS spins off its.com around this time, it could hurt the stock in general. All of this short term. If you hold long term, who cares. Its a good company.

Borders does not conform well to the work I do. Since I can't figure it out, I am negative. I would become positve on a break of $20, but at $24, I believe I will just continue picking my toes if it all the same to you. In regard to BKS, I would like to see a minor break of $35 for the short-term buy point. I have no interest in the short side in BKS in spite of this short-term price objective. I do not recommend shorting stocks that are powerful "up" stocks in the intermediate term. I will recommend taking trading profits, but only to re-deploy in the stock later so as to be able to buy more shares.

Best regards,

Axxel
