MB, That would be a classic case of the big fish ate two little fish is my best guess. It certainly turned the tables on Pair as best I can tell. Csco bought some patents & (I believe them to be critical in all this) as I remember then NS. Dr. seems to believe Wstl is still somewhat involved but Id guess again that as does BA so does U.S. West in that it will be a dmt (of sorts) rebid. Incumbent has the upper hand imho. We would need more of a bellhead insider to ever clear this up. Paul probably knows more not that he is a bellhead!
