Have you considered the possibility that they went out and bought STBI shares with the money? A nice way to make sure the vote goes your way, and you probably don't have to declare the purchases.

Note that on Nov. 6, the volume on STBI tripled to nearly 600K from the average 200K... that's the same day 100K shares of TDFX were sold... coincidence?

But you must consider that they worked and built this company for stock options and petty cash. When Traveli (spelling ?) and Sellers start to move out in a big way, run for the exit.
