Because everything you've posted so far is nothing new. Try and raise your DD above innuendo, accusations, threats, insults and sounding like a teenager attempting to impress pre-teens - because that's what your "street-wise" talk sounds like to me and many others. We are waiting for your DD and the substantial evidence you need to post to support your accusations that the management are criminals. You haven't done anything yet. Start working. Mr Goldfinger, What battles have you had with the Amigos ???? None I am aware of. What SEC filing must be made for an insider to report the sale of his/her shares ???? Why are you posting info on insider intended sales from 6-8 months ago ? Why is it that you do not talk about the uniqueness of IRIS and what it might do productivity and revenue-wise for IFLY ??? Why do you harp on stock options to directors ???? Every corporation provides stock options to senior employees. Because certain company officers may or may not have had run-ins with the SEC ..... is that a reason not to invest in the company ??? The Amigos profiled the company as a short term opportunity. We had no intention of this being a mattress stock. And no, I have not sold my shares in the company. Simple civilized questions. I'd like simple civilize answers please. Amigo Mike

Auric--I despise all you bring to a thread like this--YOU ARE DEFINATELY A PROFESSIONAL and I'm sure profitable at this--but at what cost??? Short term damage-yes-overall--no--you have hurt the average investor or new investor more than you may have wanted to in that they may stay in funds or never go out on their own in the future. You have surely damaged the credibility of the three Amigos thread who have done nothing but try to help and inform new and old investors. AURIC OR WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS----------May you get what you have coming to you when all is over--and I mean that in a good way. By the way--is their business model really that bad?? It is better than Preview Travel's and several others IMHO. Or is everything they're doing wrong and if that's the case please be a little more specific on what's wrong with their plan.
