You guys seem to be very knowledgeable about GBFE. A guy on the Yahoo thread (I know, take it for what it's worth) figured that there would be about 90% dillution to the common from the negotiation of the $150 million in notes. What are your thoughts?

Thanks
Dave

I bet the short position is turning around now with all this buying. Lots of covering probably still to come. When the price goes up tomorrow, more shorters should panic, and cover. Isn't the float still like around just a million and a half or something like that? Or did a lot of stock get dumped in the crash? like 10 million shares? Any figures on that?

OK, here's another one, you said that on the 15th that the official short position was nearly 4 million. That day the market closed at 22 cents. THE NEXT DAY 4.5 million shares traded, 9x the previous days, and the price went DOWN to a close of 15 cents. Must have been a little panic on the data, but the price didn't totally collapse on the volume so the event must have been calculated by someone and buyers like you and me were waiting. For the next few days after that the stock steadily rose. Poor shorters.
When does the next official short position come out, and where can it be seen?
Another thing i noticed is spurts in trading occur around every 5 weeks. When trading hits around 2 million shares we will be close to the top of the heap. Without news, MMs will over sell the demand, then place a large block ask out of range, and then will take bids with small amounts driving the stock back down. Someone is trying to make some serious bucks with this play. I think we'll see 75 - 85 cents before its over.
