They claim to have comfirmed the Connectix Playstation Emulator rumors. $50.

This seems, personally, like a guaranteed way to ensure that Mac game development will basically cease. After all, why develop for the Mac if you can just develop for the Playstation and get a larger target market?

We'll see, I guess. Some games, like StarCraft don't really make sense on a Playstation, so maybe there we will see continued Mac/PC game development.

A lot of games are developed for PC/Sony based on the Sony SDK. This will bring many, many games to the Mac.
