Elio, I believe the franchise rights are leased. Ponderosa has both "company" and "franchise" type restaurants. I am presuming that the 5 restaurants are "leased franchise" ones. MKII would be getting a good deal with the overall purchase of all real estate, buildings, equipment, and operations (which probably includes taking over the franchise leases).
