Interesting - I too got the Run 91 error last night sending data to TC3 for WOW. Never happened before. But, I use Win98 not NT. Looking forward to seeing the solution posted. This thread has saved a lot of time on the phone I am sure.

I'm using Win95. This is the first time I've gotten this error and I downloaded a couple of times on this version (the one that they mailed) last week.

Ice,

I've been using V4.x on NT4 Workstation (SP4) for about 6 weeks. Initially it would not install properly (unable to register DLL) and I searched back through this thread and followed the suggestion of installing not in the default installation directory but in a directory like C:\TC2000. That cured all the install issues. I was able to upgrade to 4.2.00021 last week as well. The software runs nearly flawlessly with the only problem being that I have to reinstall one of my Personal Criteria every evening after running the update through the internet, and I suspect that I could clear that issue up by carefully recreating the formula.

Good luck,
F.
