Re: TFFI Rande Is, what I'm seeing and what drew my interest is the divestiture which took place in the 3rd quarter (shows in the same filing you referenced I think). It appears like they cut a significant amount of dead weight thru the sale. Debt decreased around 5 mill to 2 mill total - has to decrease interest expense significantly. Margins probably improved with serious loss of drag. Am also being told some serious additions being made to management... but that's second hand info so I'm trying to verify. Still uncertain and have a lot more research to do. Will keep you posted. Toshio
