246810, Good synopsis and recommendation for action. I for one will be 100% disappointed if we do not get news in January ( and hopefully sooner than later). I already have my expectation as to when news will be coming and it is soon! Now it does depend on what soon means! Obviously it can mean different things to different people. When I look at some of the astronomical share prices that have grown from a few pennies in the last few months by various OTC-BB Stocks--it quite frankly boggles my mind. Does NYRR have the potential to be in that league? I think so--but what do I know? As 246810, has eluded to, if, as, when , or until NYRR begins to issue news that has some hard earning numbers and some meaningful updates regarding the Grants, lawsuit, new business, on going business, etc, then we can only do what we have done in the past, namely speculate with our opinions, hopes and wishes. To end this posting on positive note I see each passing day as one day closer to news from NYRR. Just wishful thinking on my part? Time will tell! Best Regards, Wayne J.

Hi! 246810, I phoned the NYRR office number to-day and spoke to Mr. W.R. Bentley. I initially called to speak to Mr. Greg Kisloff or Mr. James White but they were out of the office when I called. I rehashed the same old same old. JMO! Bottom line ( I'm tired of typing as I just made a posting on the NYRR message board on Raging Bull) is I asked Mr. Bentley when in his opinion he expected a news update to be issued? He stated in his opinion he was hoping that we see some form of an update by January 15th.? but no later then January 22nd.?--keep in mind it was in his opinion. I posted a little more BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! regarding my call on the NYRR R.B. site so if anyone is interested you most likely know how to find it--or feel free to ask me. It was only more of my opinion kind of stuff.
