Kerry, I made a point of not following the LGCY and DCTC threads. In all the reading you did on LGCY, did Dean ever once say if he were under contract to DCTC in any capacity? If so, did he disclose? As you may recall, Ron Reece made such a big deal about Dean not disclosing his involvement with AZNT several months ago. One would think he'd be smart enough not to make the same mistake twice. - Jeff
