On one hand, yes there should be an SEC investigation, since somebody seemed to see this coming. On the other hand, the studies I have seen seem to show that, in most cases, markets react to news before it becomes public. So I'm not sure this is much of an exception to the rule. Another interesting question is whether this short-term setback creates a buying opportunity. I feel that BARZ is a buy at $20. What do you think? PS: Silicon Investor have promised me a few times to create a profile for BARZ, but so far the spirit has been willing but the flesh weak...
