chester, that's not to mention that revenues have been steadily declining while the share count is increasing. Believe me, these guys know about the dilutive financing, they have just chosen to disregard it. You see management promised they wouldn't do this kind of financing again. For some reason they believe this, despite the fact that management promised that the company wouldn't do it again previous to doing the 1998 deals. Osicom management is very talented using a carrot and stick to string folks along. Unfortunately, I was unable to establish a short position yesterday as Datek has gotten really rotten for share availability. To think they used to be the best, now I can find shares at Waterhouse that are not available there. Unfortunately, I am at the edge of my BP at Waterhouse. Barb
