Sexual relations = sexual intercourse.

Dead wrong. Many marriages include sexual relations without intercourse at many times (especially when the wife is in an advanced state of pregnancy.) I don't know if you are a parent, but I am, and I can assure you that I and any other parent of teenagers unquestionably interprets the term "having sexual relations" to cover more territory than sexual intercourse. And Clinton knows that and expected people to understand the term that way. (Which is why he admits "misleading" the American people; if you tell the simple truth in terms as they understand them, you don't mislead people. Why do you think he admitted misleading people if you are right? Just because he enjoys admitting he is wrong?)

In addition, you insult all gay and lesbian people by stating on the record that they are incapable of having any sexual relations. For a self-avowed liberal, you certainly are insensitive to sexual minorities. Shame on you.

Sexual relations includes a much wider range of activity than intercourse, and unquestionably includes oral-genital sex.
