I agree with your position to strongly voice my disagreement with any sort of taxation and or fee related to the internet for the forseeable future. Unfortunately it is already happening. My long distance bill with AT&T has a mandatory $5.00/month charge assessed to help offset the installation of internet access into schools and libraries.

So we are already paying for everyone else's free access !
