Gary I agree with your assessment of accumulation. I had placed my limit order at 2 7/8 and throughout the day it did not fill even when the ask was 2 7/8. However near the close it finally filled at 2 7/8. However that was a pretty large percentage drop of 9/16 for a 3+ stock, especially on the AMEX.

Only area of concern is the high float & shares outstanding. Obviously it won't make a SKYM or AAGP move, but it could possibly hit the 8 range.
