Mr.'s Estes, Hunt, et al Thanks for the assistance. R.Estes, that CCI post (crossing thru -150) is very perceptive... and eye opening. Now time to answer some dumb, inane, blundering questions. I don't ask because they are fleeting questions, but because I've read the book and can't find the answers. And I have tried. These two questions are simple so let me make them sound complex! 1- "Merging indicators" - What I tried to say previously (sorry Mr Hunt) was this: (for example) I want to combine two TEMA moving averages, a 7 & 25 day, and make it a 'new indicator'. I'll call it something clever like "7/25 TEMA". How do I do that?? 2- TEMPLATES. I have a template that I like more than any I have ever created. I just made it! I'll call it "template de jour". Here's the question: How do I apply the new template to the companies I am following?? The ones already in my system. I've learned a lot reading that unfriendly (ab)users manual while I was searching for the answers to these questions. Maybe I should try the local library......'MS 6.5 for dummys'? There has to be an easier way to learn this stuff! I do appreciate the time and effort of those willing to share what they have learned. JC Grimes, Tampa
