JOHN D. What you say is so true about about the value of Emerson, and what they need is time to make the market penetration you speak of .They must find a way to get recognition from the smart money,and continue to reduce the shares that are outstanding,so as to increase the bottom line.I hear that there is another press release coming before the annual meeting takes place at the end of January. As for Oaktree they must have thought that 50 cents was a fair offer,since the company at this time has a book value of only 16 cents.I doubt that that will be the last offer to be made for Emerson,and if there is another offer that sounds reasonable to the presiding Judge,then he may force the issue to be resolved and Jurick will not be able to play hard to get. Jurick may have to worry about Oaktree making a tender offer for GYM,and that is why trying to raise cash to exercise the warrants at this time in my opinion is really important. The web remains tangled,so the best we can do at this time is wait and hope for the best. ===========TONY=============
