I appreciate that you posted the info about the private placement; however, why didn't you also post the one about the re-pricing of options? Didn't the previous management leave enough slime on this stock already? If GMD works out fine. If it doesn't work out because of inappropriate geology, I can accept that too. However, I don't feel like getting beat up by management. If this is a legitimate play, act with integrity. The shareholder is not the enemy. Ben (getting even more) Jaded
