John - the Mike fellow at the NASDAQ I spoke with told me the same thing. And that there are many reasons to turn down a 15c 2-11 application.

Some GE supporters tell me that the powers that be cannot keep GE off the BB listings as long as they are up to date with all information. Some have said the SEC will not interfere with GE's MM application as long as GE is current.

Time will tell us the answer.
