Well Carl, I don't see the Dror's riding on the backs of the shareholders here as good for them. Looks to me like EDII shareholders are buying the carrying charges and risk, while the Drors are walking away with immediate liquidity.

If you have actually seen the property in question, the idea that it is worth $6400 an acre as carried in the books, especially with the mineral rights stripped, is a little preposterous. To get to the $10M figure that your good friend Joe Gort was tossing about would imply a $35,000 per acre figure. Now that one is quite funny.

I think you would be well advised to declare your position in the stock since you seem so determined to promote it in the face of such overwhelming contra-indications.
