Remember, the one big land sale will put more than than on the bottom line alone you appear to be implying that the land is worth $10 Million dollars as was hyped some months ago.... why were the current appraised values of the properties left out of the financials so that we could see this for ourselves?

To support the stock price you have projected, a one time gain on any sale is not sustainable and should not be included. I was suggesting operating income, which on historical based projections will not even be close. jmt

Hello Carl, remember me? You called me from a lenghly e-mail that I sen John Schmidtz at the Pan Am corporation! You told met that you and others own millions of PRWT shares and even though it was trading at 6 cents per share several months ago you stated it would be at 50 cents per share by 12/31/98. You also stated that USXP which was trading at 75 cents would be at $4 per share by the end of September 1998. PRWT is at 2 cents and USXP is at 20 cents. Then I saw this criminal action placed against you for defrauding investors and the federal government.??? Whats up with you? SEE: arentfox.com
