What you mention have nothing to do with the fact that issuing shares to pay debt is = no dilution - as shareholders equity rise equally the more shares issued.

I agree that it does look as if most reverse end up returning to square one - But that is also due to further issuing of shares and pouring it in some sinister boss pockets.

If ARET is now at the turn around point, then it is likely to go like eg. INOD look at their chart at yahoo:

You will see the split last year in last part of May and it sure has improved since.

PS it takes a bull to pour bullshit - I'm not bull neither bear here, just looking at facts and opportunities. It is a fact that I would rather have stockholders finance the banks 1.2MM rather than increased interest costs.

I fully agree. I can't believe anyone would advocate a reverse split for a micro cap. We would all lose.

For people who don't know, do the research yourself. A reverse split is BAD. VERY, VERY BAD!
