If I may be so bold as to put in my oar.... It seems that if Berg were to remove the milestones requirements, the inference would be that there was a difficulty in reaching them. As long as the milestone requirements are in place, the inference is that the expected rate of progress is in place, not faltering. Removing them simply confirms Berg's faith in the company, but emphasizes change in expectations. Right? I thing that anything that supports the perceived status quo is a positive...FWIW --Fred
