Mike and all --

What do you make of the nutball moves in NVLS, AMAT, MU and the rest of the chippies and chip eq's? I am stunned at the extent of the sudden moves up. Is this the result of hype out of the Morgan Stanley tech conference? What do people think of puts on these? I just can't believe the X-mas lies are not coming home to roost.

Thoughts? TIA

-- Robert

Mike, forget Victoria's look at fredericks.com hohoho The latest Nick Chase fiendbear.com is a good read nice chart of the growth of monetary aggregates since 1990 note the acceleration in 1995. Tough love tidbit from Wayne Crimi in 1996 with the S&P @ 740 reported earnings for the S&P were $38.73 Now reported earnings are less $38.10 S&P 1240. What happened to the continued growth in earnings that Wall St forecasts called for in 1996? Who is that man behind the curtain? -g- some interesting quotes in there as well -no wonder da evil twins are so pessimistic -g- back into me cave hohoho Mike

Could you all slow down a bit on the amount of posts on this thread. My New Years Resolution was to read every post that is written over here but I am having trouble keeping up. Some much talent, so little time (G). Love this thread!
