Osicom has just signed additional 10 mil. line of credit, is almost ready to sell Uniprecision for more that $40 mil, has more cash and cash flow, and is getting ready to do NetSilicon IPO. Cash is a problem they used to have, not any more. Remember they are paying cash now to convert preferred convertibles. Sorry to burst you bubble clown.
