Jane, 10000 AMENS!! to your words here this day. God bless you sister and shield and protect you in your boldness for Christ. History has shown hell hath no fury like the Mother of Harlots scorned. I pray God pour out His spirit upon these precious people that would be kept in bondage by tradition and idolatry and ritual and "abominations of the earth." I pray He draw them to Himself. I pray God provide labourers in the harvest without fear that hold nothing dear save God's will in and for their lives. We are nearing the greatest inquisition to ever be seen upon this planet that not even Rome will survive despite her participation thus far. How great will be the shout amongst the saints that have gone before and been martyred by her hand when she is destroyed in one hour! Jane, I was just catching up on my reading when I came across your most beautiful post 509 here. So beautiful because it is so true. Also so amazing. Amazing in that I did not think that there were very many people at all who understood the things you have written here. God the Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God! Amen and amen! Amazing that so many of the things you have felt and illustrated in your post I have also felt. And your friends here. Reminds me of the following verses: I Kings 19:13-14, 18 ...What doest thou here, Elijah? And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken Thy covenan, thrown down Thine altars, and slain Thy prophets with the sword; and even I only am left; and they seek my life to take it away. [and the Lord said unto him] Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which has not kissed him So indeed there are many left which have not kissed Baal, yet only the Lord knows who where and how many. Perhaps we are the original (spiritual) stealth fighters. Indeed the history of the Old Testament seems to contain much more of God hiding those people he has left from the darkness without than of those people proclaiming the Word of the Lord. Sometimes a little Word goes a long way in stirring up the world. Perhaps we should not be so surprised if some of this hiding/protection from darkness comes our way as it did for the 7K faithful. I am not saying it will, I don't know. I do know Baal will get no kisses from me, whatever his current format.... I pray for you and all on this thread. Roebear
