Brad,

It is a fact, that he made these calls, and it is a fact that those were his stated reasons. If he is denying that, If that is what you were saying, then he is not telling the truth. I will not address this again, unless it is to protect my own integrity. YOu ca believe me if you wish, or not believe me if you wish. I don't care either way, since it is a moot point.

Why is it a moot point? The J/L future at naxos is all but dead. You have it straight from the President(who has a reputation amongst shareholders as being extremely truthful) that J/L has given naxos NOTHING as far as proof, and wants far more upfront guarantees than what others want, to continue to muddle along with their legacy of frustration.

Brad, You said "nobody involved in this issue has a closed mind to anything that works." Then explain why the almost undending barrage of questions to clarify why we shouldn't get more answers on J/L?

This is a process that clearly does NOT work as evidenced in the lack of any test results for $450,000 worth of work. That is being closed minded to the simple reality that J/L is done. It's a closed chapter.

The demo plant is well under way. We will have our ultimate answer in a few short weeks, if they stay on schedule.
