I guess they are overloaded today. Customer service is about 45 minutes and I have been out & then back in about 4 times. This is very unusual for me, normally it works very smooth & quick. The new year rush. Roger

Yes, E trade is getting worse bt wrong they are the worst, you want worse, go try Ameritrade. What are we to do?, I have had Schwab(pricey), Accutrade(pricey), E trade, Ameritrade(often down, I mean OFTEN and they don't answer the touch tone phone system often). E Trade isn't even as cheap as many, so if it doesn't get better, I will leave, thinking of trying Datek next. As to how do they sleep at night?, very well when their stock is making them filthy rich. jim
