Well, a spin off is going to happen according to CNBC, sometime this quarter. Supposedly it is going to be a very much subscribed to IPO. It will be interesting as it will be basically the only competition on line with Amazon. amazon is at 400, BKS is at 43 or so. Perhaps they will end up splitting the difference, so BKS goes to 200. works for me.
