Auric, IFLY is a volatile stock. Not everyone has your knowledge. Thanks for the info: 1. Ok, the S-1 was on a proprietary part of Bloomberg. 2. A Red Herring is the same as S-1. 3. The Red Herring can be obtained from First London. Yes, you did give a Business Week link. You did post something with management names but did not identify what is was in your post. I guess you assumed everyone would know what it was. I've been on this thread and the IFLY thread since post in the 30's. You came on this thread. I first bought the warrants at an average of $.88. I made over 130% on my first warrant trade by going long. I sold the first half for over 130%. The most you can make by shorting IFLY is less than 100% on a trade. If you shorted at $16 and were able to cover at $8, you'd only make 50% before commissions. You needed twice as much money as someone who bought at $8 and sold at $16 and made half as much or less on your money. You could have made more than twice as much by going long IFLY or the warrants at a low price. Outsmarted yourself Auric. Crying, I'm laughing all the way to the bank. Lucky Lawrence
