Checkout Cash Co Limited(CSHK),its a y2k Co. I think it has hit it's bottom, but that's what we always think. This Co. looked promising but it meets your criteria of boom to bust.

Scott...Thx for the link...Yes, SMTK well on it's way..Also, my OREX seems to have it "going on" also.. This is where the(the 1.50 level} "shorts" have to get dressed w/this one..
